Terms of Service

Resura helps you prepare job applications. You enter your own profile — education, experience, projects and skills — and the service uses AI to tailor a resume (as a PDF and LaTeX file) to a job description you paste or choose from our Jobs page, to suggest profile additions for that job, and to draft an email to the recruiter.

The service works from what you give it. It is designed to reframe facts already in your profile, not to invent new ones — but it is software, and you must check everything before you use it (see AI-generated output).

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give us a working email address and keep it, and your password, accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share your login or sell access to it.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Everything you put in — your profile, the job descriptions you paste, and the resumes and emails generated from them — remains yours. You promise that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate.

You give us permission to store, process and display that content, and to send the relevant parts to our AI and infrastructure providers, only as needed to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains who receives what. We don't sell your content.

• Review before you send. AI can make mistakes: it may reword something inaccurately, emphasise the wrong thing, or misjudge a job description. Read every resume and email in full and correct it.
• Only claim what is true. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you send to employers. Don't submit skills, employers, dates or qualifications you don't have.
• No guarantees. We don't promise that a resume will pass any applicant tracking system, get you an interview, or get you a job. Keyword-match scores are indicative only.
• Generated files aren't professional, career or legal advice.

• Job postings are added by our administrators, often from public posts by employers and recruiters. We don't verify them, and they may be outdated, filled or inaccurate.
• We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we don't apply to jobs for you. You send your own emails and use the employers' own application links.
• Take normal care with any job offer. A genuine employer will not ask you to pay to be hired — if a posting or reply asks for money, don't pay and tell us.
• We don't control third-party sites you reach through application links and aren't responsible for them.

There is a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Each has monthly limits:

• Free: 3 tailored resumes, 1 email draft, 1 recruiter email reveal, 3 suggestion scans and 5 resume uploads (used to fill in your profile) per month.
• Pro: 40 tailored resumes, up to 100 email drafts, up to 100 recruiter email reveals, up to 100 suggestion scans and 20 resume uploads per month.

A “recruiter email reveal” unlocks the recruiter's email address for one job (it is hidden until you use one, and once unlocked it stays visible to you). An “email draft” is one AI-written email for a job. The two are separate: you can use either without the other. Application links are always visible. Limits are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st (UTC). An action that fails is not counted. Browsing and searching jobs, and viewing and downloading your saved resumes, are not limited. We may adjust limits and features in future; a change never reduces what you have already paid for during the period you paid for.

Pro is sold as a fixed period, paid once:

• Pro — 1 month: ₹249 for 30 days.
• Pro Pass — 3 months: ₹599 for 90 days.

There is no automatic renewal. When a period ends your account returns to the Free plan and you aren't charged again unless you choose to buy again. Buying while you already have Pro adds the new period after your current one ends.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown on the Plans page before you pay; any applicable taxes are as shown there.

How payment works. You pay by UPI directly to our UPI ID (by scanning the QR code or entering the ID), then submit the 12-digit UPI transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment on the Plans page. We check the payment by hand against our own records and activate your plan once it's confirmed — usually within a day, but it can take longer at busy times. Your plan starts when we approve it, not when you pay. If we can't match or approve a payment we'll tell you why, and you can send corrected details. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, card details or password.

Cancellation. Because plans don't renew automatically there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends on its end date.

Paid access starts immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable once used. We will refund:

• a duplicate or accidental charge for the same purchase;
• a payment that reached us but where your plan didn't activate and we can't fix it within 7 days of you telling us;
• a payment we can't approve (for example, the wrong amount was sent) — we'll return the money we actually received; and
• any purchase you ask us to refund within 7 days of paying, provided you haven't generated any resumes, emails or suggestion scans since buying.

To ask, email yashchitale96@gmail.com with the email on your account and your UPI transaction ID. Approved refunds are sent by UPI to the account you paid from, usually within 7 business days. Refunds end the corresponding Pro period.

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

You agree not to:

• put in false, misleading or someone else's personal information, or impersonate anyone;
• use the service to create resumes or emails containing fabricated credentials, or to deceive employers;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited email to recruiters, or harass anyone;
• access, probe or overload the service beyond normal use — including scripts, scraping, or attempts to get around plan limits or payment;
• upload malware or attempt to break or bypass security, or access other people's data;
• reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, through your use of the service.

The service — its software, design, text and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these terms. Resumes and emails generated for you are yours to use for your job applications.

We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third parties (such as AI and hosting providers) who may have outages. We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature during a period you've paid for, we'll refund the unused part.

You can stop using the service any time. To delete your account and data, email us (see contact) from your account email; we'll delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete individual resumes yourself from the History page.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we'll tell you why. If we end a paid account without a breach on your part, we'll refund the unused part of your period.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including that the service or any output is accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or will lead to any employment outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers, recruiters or anyone else you deal with through job postings.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost job opportunities, lost income or lost data — arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or ₹1,000 if you haven't paid anything). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Please contact us first — most problems are quickly resolved by email.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll notify you in the service or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
